- Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC on an equity placing to raise £3million in connection with the acquisition of Freshfield Lane Brickworks Limited
- Newbury Racecourse, one of Southern England's leading sporting and hospitality venues, on its fully underwritten Rights Issue to raise gross proceeds of approximately £6.4 million.
- Arbuthnot Securities Limited on a placing of new ordinary shares by SnackTime Plc to raise approximately £5.8 million
