This includes advising on structuring issues, contract negotiation and employee/trade union consultation.
We also regularly work on international transactions and co-ordinate employment advice over a number of international jurisdictions through our network of "better friend" law firms across the world.
We advise clients such as Nationwide Building Society, Thomson Reuters, Standard Chartered Bank and Babcock International Group on TUPE issues. We also have substantial experience of advising public sector clients such as the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Avon & Somerset Police and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
