Our Resource & Waste Management team advises on contracts for and regulatory aspects of waste including:

We are able to guide clients through the legal complexities associated with developing of resource management facilities from initial planning through to consenting, financing, construction and facility operation. 

We also advise on the negotiation and management of waste supply contracts and energy, heat and other off-take arrangements. Our experience covers all waste streams from municipal and commercial through to agricultural, hazardous and nuclear wastes.

We advise waste management and EPC contractors, funders and investors, technology providers and local authorities. Our team's experience includes advising on a number of municipal waste PPP/PFI projects as well as 'merchant' waste facilities.

Our experience covers a wide range of technologies for the treatment of waste. We have award winning expertise advising on the development of projects using renewable energy technologies including biomass energy generation/CHP, anaerobic digestion and gasification and pyrolysis.
